Electrical Project Designer for the development of two 30 acre sports parks and one 22 acre neighborhood park in the City of San Marcos, Ca. Site improvements include an electrical distribution system for the lighting of soccer fields, soft ball fields, a skate park (Tony Hawk sponsored), parking lots, and trail systems as well as electrical circuit designs for water splash park, pump stations, care-taker facility, maintenance buildings, restrooms and concession buildings as well as CCTV security system.

National Award Winning Project
Each year, the Home Building industry puts on their “National Awards” for projects in different categories. Nate Mullen Visual Concepts was proud to be a team member with SJA Landscape Architects and bring home the “Gold”. The client was Pardee Homes, Las Vegas Division. The project was Tremezzo. The National Association of Home Builders awarded 3 awards for “Best Landscape for a Detached Community”. We took home the “Gold”, “Silver” and the “Regional” awards. This project also made the July 2008 issue of the National Association of Home Builders magazine “Green Builder”. |
